The customer's responsibility is to ensure that the product they ordered is correct and that the product description will always overrule any related images when resolving a dispute about a product.

As the actual colours you see will depend on your computer’s monitor, Rare Meraki cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
SHIPPING & LEAD TIME POLICY

Lead time will only take effect after full payment has been received.

Unless otherwise noted on a product description, it may take up to 3 business days from the date of purchase to prepare and fulfill your order for shipping.

Please ensure that your delivery address is at a physical address where you can collect and sign for the package.

All orders have a flat rate shipping fee of R85. FREE delivery for orders above R600. Delivery may vary depending on where you are located. An order may only be fulfilled within the borders of South Africa.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns on menstrual pads. Additional non-returnable items are Gift cards. However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact us at rare.meraki@gmail.com, and we will do our best to resolve them.
